OBAMA WASN'T EVEN A DECENT COMMUNITY ORGANIZER

One of the touted attributes of past candidate Obama was his great success as a "community organizer". What kind of "community organizer" allows the epidemic of murder, mayhem, and injury to young black men in Chicago ?  Obama entered the presidency light on experiences in world diplomacy, and the skills necessary to oversee the worlds largest economy, but he certainly had a resume which boasted great skill in "community organizing". Did he manifest this skill set at any time during his two terms ?

The great cities of Chicago, Los Angeles, Detroit, Miami, Baltimore, Philadelphia, Atlanta, and more are stained with the blood from hundreds of minority young people. Yet, the only red line Obama can draw was about Syrian people and that was a show as his line and resolve quickly melted away. This black President became aroused about a black professor in New England getting a traffic ticket from a white cop and he was upset when a young Hispanic man killed a young black thug, but where was his community organizing skills and executive actions when it came to stemming black on black violence across America. Did Obama draw a red line to reduce the killings on American streets and actually get anything done ?

Obama must be a cruel disappointment to the majority of blacks who expected more than a free "Obama phone" from his ascendancy to the highest office. They gave their overwhelming support to a man who could talk the talk, and for all the world looked like a great choice for the republic's first minority president. How sad that under his rule the economy struggled, welfare lines grew, and prospects for jobs faded. Obama seemed clueless on the world stage and more often bowed or caved to pressure from other nations. Most tragic is the seeming indifference demonstrated by a black President as the corpses of so many murdered young blacks pile up.

Why didn't President Obama summon  his oratorical and persuasive skills to stop the bleeding in our streets ?  Why didn't  the President summon all big voices in the African American community to unite under the goal of stopping this horrible violence ?  Why are all these black leaders so quiet about the disasters, and the underlying causes which rip urban families apart night after night ?  Why are their responses usually more pleas for public money, and blaming republicans for not getting enough money ? In addition to mayhem in the streets, why didn't Obama speak up and denounce the practice of abortion that kills so many babies of color in addition to traumatizing the lives of young women.

Based upon his record, President Obama will probably blame others, ask that great piles of money be thrown at the crisis, and demand more gun laws be enacted. Wouldn't it be heroic and historic if this "community organizer" President had announced, and led a national campaign to re institute the values which prevent street violence and murder ?  Why didn't Obama travel from city to city in a crusade to re establish the morality of complete families, Judeo-Christian beliefs, compulsory education, and the sanctity of human life ?  Wouldn't it have been inspiring if he had used Air Force One on this mission rather than fly around to do fund raising, and campaign for new government schemes ?

Obama never built a "legacy" or did much to unite America and fulfill the promises he made to black Americans. Despite a fancy museum he will not be remembered as a great statesman or economic leader.  If this president had translated his campaign words to energies in rebuilding the value system of inner cities would there have been a reduction in urban crime of violence. The eight years of Obama rule could've been historic had he been the great community organizer rather than just another ambitious and empty politician.

Will Obama at least follow the great example of Jimmy Carter who gained his mantle of greatness as a community organizer after his lackluster tenure in the White House ?
