OLD PEOPLE MARCHING NOW

Back in the sixties a lot of the people who weren't doing protest marches were off in Southeast Asia doing another kind of marching.  Politicians called it a "conflict" but it was really a war. Thousands of young men were needlessly killed and maimed. Since Korea too many chicken shit politicians have surrendered young men and women to killing fields without proper congressional approval or full support.

The same gutless leadership from Washington D.C. coupled with the unrealistic idealism of liberal college professors and media talking heads continues. It has made a mess of our nation and has roused a bunch of old people to march.

When our federal government decided to steal the capital from capitalism and build a welfare state in exchange for easy votes our nation began a steady decline economically and morally. Other than truly handicapped people, the lazy and useless have been supported by tax payers and the scheme is  bankrupting America. Those addicted to the dole have passed to their children and grandchildren a tradition of dependence. That dependence has corrupted the family, increased ignorance, abortions, and all the other traits of a society in decline. The majority of baby boomers were not marching and protesting in the sixties but they are now. We are simply sick and tired of the inefficiency and arrogance of the assholes, liars, and hypocrites in charge of what is the "peoples" government. Using our canes, walkers, and wheelchairs we'll march and  raise hell until more honest men and women occupy the seats of power.

Too many poor national leaders and uninformed voters have resulted in the likes of Clinton and Obama. Pretty articulate men with attractive families, but lacking the character or courage to rant against the DC establishment of lobbyists, politicians, bureaucrats and far left media. Their leadership was to lead from behind and follow the polls in domestic and international affairs. As poster models  of political correctness, both Clinton and Obama were quick to advance the agenda of their generous donors. Despite eloquent speeches they divided the people of the nation and routinely break campaign promises without skipping a beat. Their record of spending massive tax dollars to improve employment and the economy have been abysmal failures. Their legacies will be marked by scandals, corruption, and failure.

If you're a boomer and can march,  do it.  If you can't march,  write, fax, blog, tweet, or e mail your congressional representatives and let them know your anger and disappointment.
